WHAT A DAY

IMPROVE THE BALANCE AND EFFECTIVENESS OF LEADERS AND LEADERSHIP TEAMS

You have just returned from a great vacation on exotic island. When you left a week ago, you thought it would be a quiet week. But - this turned out NOT to be the case, and you are now facing 3 complex challenges - all fighting for immediate attention…How will you prioritize?

The pressure on individual leaders to keep their priorities balanced in a stressful daily work life is an increasing challenge. The “What a Day” simulation helps individual leaders fine-tune their priorities to achieve maximum effectiveness. It also generates valuable insights into the strengths and weaknesses of leadership teams.

THE CHALLENGE WITH MOST MONDAYS...

The challenge with most Mondays – and other days for that matter - is they are usually quite far from ideal. A regular business day is filled with dilemmas and interruptions, and time is always a critical factor.

The purpose of “What a Day” is to make leaders better at balancing priorities in an intense everyday work life and become more aware of their personal patterns when they lead people and make choices.
