It is hard to trump the experience of a learning session where both facilitator and participants sit in the same room. But distance learning brings other qualities – as well as savings – into the equation, so often the ideal solution is combine the physical and the virtual experiences.
Another aspect is whether you play as individuals or as teams: The individual feedback component is stronger when played individually – but the social experience can be weaker. Our strategy is to be as open as possible and let the situation influence on the choice.
