LEARNING OUTCOME

The challenge with most Mondays – and other days for that matter - is that they are usually quite far from ideal. A regular business day is filled with dilemmas and interruptions, and time is always a critical factor.

The purpose of “What a Day” is to make leaders better at balancing priorities in an intense everyday work life and become more aware of their personal patterns when they lead people and make choices. On a team and company level the simulation also should trigger reflections about strengths and weaknesses in the leadership culture and identify ways to improve performance.

The learning is focused on, how to better balance priorities in an intense everyday work situation, providing food for thought about how we as individual leaders and as a group spend our time and effort. The debriefing also includes several opportunities to reflect on the feedback and to identify potential improvements.
